Where do you deliver?

We deliver within a 10 mile radius of our studio in Bay View.

To check if you're within range, add the subscription to your cart. Then, head to the cart page. You'll be able to enter your address to see if we deliver to you!

How do I sign up?

Click here to sign up! Select your desired size & frequency, and add the subscription to your cart.

Please checkout with ONLY the subscription in your cart, so that you can get the FREE local delivery that's included :)

When will my flowers be delivered?

Flowers are delivered between 11am–4pm on Tuesdays. We highly recommend someone is home to receive each delivery!

If this timeframe doesn't work for you, please contact us before starting your floral subscription so that we can accommodate a custom time slot.

Please note that holidays may impact delivery dates, in which case we will be in contact about rescheduling or skipping that week’s delivery.

What happens if no one is home to receive the flower delivery?

If you’re not available to receive your flowers, we will leave them outside your door and alert you via text.

Please note, we cannot guarantee the health of your flowers if you are not there to receive them, especially in hot or cold weather! If you already know that you will not be available to receive your flowers, please contact us so that we can try to accommodate a different delivery time or pause your subscription that week.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged for your first delivery as soon as you sign up for the subscription.

For weekly or bi-weekly subscriptions, you will be charged on the same day of the week that you originally signed up on, at whatever frequency you selected. For example, if you originally signed up on a Wednesday and want to receive flowers every other week, you will be automatically charged every other Wednesday.

Monthly subscribers will be charged on the same number day of the month that you originally signed up.

You will receive an email notification alerting you before your subscription renews.

Subscriptions need to renew by Sunday at midnight to be eligible for delivery that same Tuesday. If you are charged on a Monday or Tuesday, you will receive your subscription the following week.

What is the cut off to receive a flower delivery that week?

The weekly cut off for signing up is Sunday night at midnight. If you sign up by Sunday night at midnight, you will receive your first delivery that same Tuesday.

If you happen to sign up on a Monday or Tuesday, you will not receive your first delivery until the following week. Please keep this in mind when signing up!

Do I need to commit to a certain number of deliveries or sign a contract?

Nope! We’ve made it easy for you to manage your floral subscription. When you place your first order, you’ll receive an email with a link to manage your subscription. From there you can choose to cancel or pause your subscription for any length of time—no questions asked!

Can I pause my floral subscription?

Absolutely! When you first sign up, you will receive an email with a link to manage your floral subscription. From your subscription portal, you can choose to skip or pause your subscription at any time. And know that you can always contact us if you ever need help regarding your subscription!

Can I tell you which flowers to include?

Part of the magic of our floral subscription is that you get to experience a range of flowers during their peak seasons. We’ll choose the highest quality flowers available to us inspired by that week’s crystal, bringing you a premium seasonal bouquet sure to surprise and delight. However if you have any flower allergies, please let us know and we will avoid those flowers.

Which flowers will be used?

Mother Nature is magical and every week the supply of specific blooms will vary. We’ll always choose the highest quality seasonal blooms available to us that week, which means you always get a beautiful surprise!

How do I get started?

Can I set up a subscription as a gift?

Of course! A flower subscription is a beautiful gift that keeps on giving. Perfect for birthdays, Mother’s Day, anniversaries, or any other reason you can think of! Simply enter the recipient’s name and address in the shipping field, and use your own name & address for billing. You'll be in charge of the subscription and can cancel it at anytime.

Where do you source your flowers from?

During the warm months, we try to source as many flowers as possible from local Milwaukee-area flower farmers. Seeing as we live in Wisconsin, this isn’t possible year round. During the winter months, our flowers are shipped in from warmer climates.

Where do you source your crystals from?

As a local Milwaukee business, we believe in supporting other local Milwaukee businesses. We purchase all of our crystals from our favorite Bay View metaphysical shop,Altered State.

Can I purchase a one-time crystal-inspired fresh flower bouquet?

Our crystalline fresh flower bouquets are only available via the subscription. But if you love crystals and flowers, be sure to check out our crystalline dried bouquets!
