Deliveries

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within a 10 mile radius of our studio in Bay View, Milwaukee.

Use the address checker at the top of this page to see if you're within range!

Please do not use this discount code for delivery to other area codes, thanks!

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery is available Monday–Friday from 10am–5pm.

Please note, the above are our standard hours, but they are subject to change. Check out our closures here.

How far in advance do I need to order? / What is your order cut off?

Orders placed online by 8pm will be delivered the next delivery day. Orders placed after 8pm will be delivered in 2 delivery days.

If you need same day flowers, you can always text us at (414) 465-8489 and we'll see what we can do!

Please note, we may need to limit online orders at times for various reasons, such as when we have large scheduled events, have reached our order max, etc. If you are having problems selecting your desired delivery day, first check out our closures here. Or, send a text to (414) 465-8489 and we'll help!

Do you offer same day delivery?

Sometimes! You will not be able to place an order for same day deliveries online.

If you need flowers today, text us at (414) 465-8489 to see what we can do. We'll make it happen when we're able to!

Why can't I select the delivery day/time I want during checkout?

Occasionally, we will turn ordering off on certain days if we have large weddings or events. Check out our scheduled closures here.

What time will my flowers be delivered?

Delivery windows
  • Monday–Friday 10am–5pm
Mornings vs. afternoons
  • Orders placed the day before will most likely be delivered in the afternoon, from 1pm–5pm. (For example, an order placed at 7pm Tuesday will be delivered Wednesday afternoon.)
  • If you would like a morning delivery, please place your order at least 2 days in advance. (For example, for a Wednesday morning delivery, place your order by 8pm Monday)
  • Monday deliveries will almost always be made in the afternoon, as we need the morning to restock with fresh flowers after the weekend!
Specific time requests

You can always leave a note during checkout requesting a specific delivery time if desired, and we'll do our best!

No matter what, someone from Ritual Floral will reach out the day before delivery to confirm a convenient delivery time. (The only exception is busy flower holidays when we may not have time!)

What is your delivery fee?

We charge $15 for Full Service Delivery which includes:

  • Confirmation of a convenient delivery time the day before (except on busy flower holidays).
  • Delivery by Ritual Floral staff—never a third-party delivery service.
  • One complimentary redelivery attempt if the recipient isn't home and we don't feel it's safe to leave the flowers.
  • A photo of the flowers sent to you after delivery.

Please note, if you use this code and your flowers are not going to 53207, you will still be able to check out, but we will have to contact you about collecting a delivery fee ;)

What if nobody is home to receive the flowers?

We always try to work with you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please look out for emails/texts from us to confirm the best delivery time so that we can place flowers into someone's hands!

If nobody is home to receive the flowers, we will use our judgement on what to do with them. If we think the flowers can survive outside for a couple of hours, we will leave them in a safe place and let you know.

However if we think leaving the flowers would result in pretty much instance death (freezing temperatures, etc.) we won't leave them.

In that case, we will take the flowers back to our studio, and be in touch with you to figure out next steps. Our delivery fee includes one free redelivery attempt, or pickup is always an option.

I don't know when my recipient will be home for a flower delivery. What should I do?

Consider sending dried flowers! We offer a variety of dried bouquets which won't wilt, freeze, or die in extreme weather.

If it's raining, we'll wrap them in plastic before leaving them outside ;)

Dried flowers are a great option if you're worried about catching the recipient at a convenient delivery time!

Pickups

Can I come shop your store? / Do you take walk-ins?

No, we do not take walk-ins or offer any in-store shopping at this time.

Ritual Floral is a home-based studio. All orders must be placed online ahead of time. Shop our flowers here!

We do love to do pop ups at vendor markets and other local businesses, though! Follow us on Instagram for news on pop-up events.

We are a home-based studio in the Bay View / Tippecanoe neighborhood of Milwaukee.

When can I pick up my flowers?

Pickup is available Monday–Friday from 10am–5pm.

When checking out, you'll be able to select a time within the pickup window, every half hour.

After you place your order, we will reach out to confirm the pickup time via email or text.

On some occasions, we may need to suggest an alternative pickup time We appreciate your flexibility and patience with our small, independent floral studio.

What if I can't make my scheduled pickup time?

Someone will reach out to confirm your scheduled pickup time the day before. Hopefully at this time we can work together to arrange the best time.

We are a by-appointment-only, home-based studio. If you miss your pickup appointment, you MUST get in touch to reschedule. We cannot guarantee anyone will be home to handle your pickup otherwise.

I'm here! It's just a house?! What should I do?!

Yep, we are a home-based studio!

There is a sign out front with our logo on it so you know you're in the right place.

When you arrive, you can either:

  • Come up and ring the bell, or
  • Send a text to (414) 465-8489 and we'll bring your flowers to your car

Can I meet your dogs?

Maybe you've seen our pups on our Instagram stories <3

We try to put the dogs in the other room or yard for pickups for folks who might be afraid of dogs.

But if you're a dog lover and want to meet them, just let us know and we can bring them out ;)
