Buying Flowers Can Be Stressful, But it Doesn't Have to Be...

We know ordering flowers online from a new florist can be stressful— How will you know the flowers will be fresh? Will the arrangement look as good as the photos? Are you going to be satisfied with the value for the price?

That's why we offer a 100% enchantment guarantee on all online flower orders! If you and your loved one are not totally enchanted by our flowers, simply let us know. Request a refund, or give us the opportunity to make it right with a redelivery—the choice is yours!

The Fine Print

Details

If you are not 100% satisfied with your flower order, you may notify us within 24 hours of your order being picked up or delivered. You may request a redelivery of a new bouquet or arrangement of equal or lesser value, or a full refund.

This guarantee only applies to standard, non-customized fresh or dried flower bouquets and arrangements purchased through our online store. This guarantee does not apply to hard goods such as candles or tarot decks, to custom orders, or to wedding or event flowers.

This guarantee only applies if we were able to directly hand the flower order to a human during the specified pickup or delivery time window—meaning the flowers were picked up or somebody was home to receive a delivery. This guarantee is void if nobody was home to receive the delivery during the time window specified on the order.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may notify us in any of the following ways:

Please provide your name and order number (from the receipt sent to your email).

Ensuring Your Flowers Last

While we would love to guarantee that our fresh flowers will last you at least 5-7 days, unfortunately it's unreasonable for us to do so as we are not in control of how you care caring for your flowers. But please know that many of our customers have commented on how long their fresh flowers from Ritual Floral have lasted.

Future Orders

If you've requested a refund or redelivery due to dissatisfaction in the past, we reserve the right to cancel and/or deny any future orders from you. This is to protect us from customers who are looking to take advantage of our policy just to get free flowers.
